Privacy Policy
Aether is a product of Neurawise ("Neurawise", "we", "us"), based in Athens, Greece. This policy explains what data Aether collects when a business connects its advertising and social accounts to the service, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
When a client authorizes Aether to connect to their accounts on Google, Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn, we access:
We only request the API scopes needed to provide these three capabilities, and only for accounts a client explicitly connects.
Data is processed to deliver the service the client has engaged Aether for: running ads, moderating comments, and handling conversations under the client's own accounts. We do not use client data to advertise to third parties or sell it to anyone.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the systems and personnel required to operate the service. We retain data for as long as the client relationship is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and operational purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that host the service (acting as processors under our instructions) and with the platforms the client has connected (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), as required to operate their own APIs. We do not sell personal data.
Under GDPR, individuals can request access, correction, deletion, or export of their data, and can object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
This marketing site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Aether's product interfaces may use strictly functional cookies for authentication.
Aether is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.
We'll update this page as the product changes, and update the date above when we do.

Terms of Service
By connecting an account to Aether or otherwise using the service, a client agrees to these terms on behalf of the business they represent.
Aether is an autonomous growth intelligence that, once connected, plans and runs ad campaigns, moderates comments, and manages conversations across the platforms a client authorizes — acting under the client's own accounts and budgets.
Clients must be an authorised representative of the business connecting its accounts, with the right to grant Aether access under each platform's own terms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, for the budgets and spending limits they set, and for their own compliance with each connected platform's advertising and content policies.
Fees for the service are set out separately between Neurawise and the client, outside of these terms.
Aether is provided to improve advertising and conversation outcomes, but we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or returns — outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including platform behaviour and market conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, Neurawise's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.
Either party may end the relationship at any time; on termination, Aether stops acting on the client's connected accounts and access is revoked.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
